Research Survey - Amazon $250 Gift Card Promotion
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Industry Research Survey (the "Promotion"). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not participate.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Philippines residents are not eligible to enter this promotion.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Known Pty Ltd and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion will run from 24 October 2023 to 30 October 2023.
To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the Research Survey (in entirety)
Each participant is limited to one entry only.
The winner of the $250 gift card will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via email before 30 November.
The winner must respond within 5 working days of notification to claim their prize.
Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
The prize consists of one $250 gift card from Known Pty Ltd that can be used to purchase products from Amazon’s e-commerce platform.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
The prize must be claimed within 5 working days of notification.
By entering the Promotion, participants grant Known Pty Ltd the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Known Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time and for any reason.
Known Pty Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other issues that may affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Promotion.
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Known Pty Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion.
Information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with Known Pty Ltd’s privacy policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States without regard to its conflict of law principles.
